Flex Mechanical was formed to meet the needs for mechanical subcontracting for general contractors, property owners and engineers in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Specializing in commercial new construction and renovation projects, we are experienced in all aspects of HVAC and Mechanical construction. Have a problem at your home or rental property? Our firm was created and is operated by the same team who has been responsible for the completion of various projects for clients spanning many sectors since 2008. The team at Flex Mechanical has over 30 plus years of combined experience in the industry. Our founders have worked on every side of commercial construction from Owner, General Contractor, Sub Contractor, and even for a national leading wholesale distributor. This time was spent gaining invaluable knowledge and experience to provide the best project management and client relations possible.
